Melkorka

Melkorka is a novel that has been sent out for representation to publishers that is written within the setting of VOID Tabletop Roleplaying Game. The sequel to Melkorka is currently being edited. It is hoped that both of these novels will be accepted by publishers so that they can be read by fans! Here you can find a makeshift “back cover” to Melkorka. This page will be updated regularly as developments come about. You can also find updates on RobertsonWrites.

In ancient times, when the world was barely experienced beyond the rise of the horizon, men engaged in deeds that had no measure of good or evil. A slave to the Highborn, a Kras known as Branimir, is taken on a journey of epic proportions that gives measure to the sacred and the profane. After witnessing the slaughter of an Eretik at Melkorka, Branimir finds his masters, the Highborn, are quickly faced by the demonic Bukavac led by Nedezhda, the woman sorceress that they had beheaded with kaelandur. In a desperate attempt to destroy Nedezhda the Eretik for eternity, a small band travels beyond the reach of civilization into the North, searching for the Ash Tree in the Waters of Life. Beyond the sea, a legendary tale is crafted to be sung for centuries to come, giving way to the exodus of men into the world of beasts from Kalamaar to Marharia. In such times, the fate of the living rests on the shoulders of the few as they wage war against the undead of the Netherworld.
